Room Reservation Tracker Guidelines

  • Here are the details of the process to do room reservation. Room requirement tracker can be used to update the same.

  • All committees are requested to follow the given guidelines for a smooth allocation process -

  • Committees should fill in the requirements for the upcoming week in the tracker. Deadline for filling sheet will be 10PM of every Friday.

  • List of final allotted rooms will be shared by Monday evening under the (To be updated by SEC) Tab only.

  • In case of any clash between events/meetings/venue/schedule, the decision of the SEC will be considered final giving due consideration to committees' point of contention

  • Requests once approved can be revoked at any point of time under following conditions -

    • Room required by the Administration 

    • Room required for any Placement Activity.

  • Reservation of rooms for team meeting & other events will be done through room requirement tracker only.
