Grievances

In case of any concerns, students/committees must reach out in the hierarchy mentioned below. The SEC will not lend support if there is a failure on the part of the student/committee to abide by the hierarchy at any level.

The student/committee must have written proof of having approached every level before going to the next higher level. Telephonic/informal conversations will not hold good as an attempt of resolution.

The deadlines for level 1 through 3 for resolving issues is 3 working days. Issues would be dealt with on the basis of their priority on a case to case basis.

Matters escalated beyond Level 2 (Student Executive Council) will be beyond the preview of the Council. Such issues may not be retracted and will be treated strictly as per the rules and guidelines in the Student Manual of Policies. Thus students are sincerely urged to resolve all issues mutually and always approach the SEC in case of conflicts.

All concerns raised here will subject to the escalation matrix detailed above. You may raise your concern anonymously, but in such cases, we will not be able to reach you with our resolution. You are advised to leave your email address/phone number instead.
